When the materials are conveyed to the inner compartment of the grading cylinder, they are fiercely impacted against the milling disc accompanied with the high speed rotation of rotors and crushed. The crushed materials are conveyed to the grading chamber along the outside of the inner compartment of the grading cylinder by the airflow, during this process, by controlling the speed of airflow the fine materials are sucked out of the cylinder and conveyed into the material collector, the unqualified materials are automatically conveyed back to the inner compartment of the grading cylinder and repulverized.
